AGR House
The new Alpha Gamma Rho (AGR) Fraternity House at Southern Illinois University Carbondale will stand on the historic site of Shuman Hall, the longtime home of AGR on Old Greek Row. Designed to honor the fraternity’s rich legacy while meeting the needs of future generations, the facility will provide modern living accommodations, meeting spaces, leadership development areas, and gathering spaces that foster brotherhood, academic success, and community engagement. The new house will serve as a visible symbol of AGR’s enduring commitment to SIU and the agricultural community. A $750,000 naming gift will provide prominent naming recognition within the facility while creating a lasting legacy that supports the chapter and its members for decades to come.
