Faner Hall
Faner Hall is a central academic building at SIU Carbondale, housing classrooms, faculty offices, and academic programs that support teaching, learning, and student engagement across multiple disciplines. It serves as an important hub for daily academic life on campus. The building is named in honor of Robert D. Faner, a former SIU English professor whose leadership and dedication to scholarship and students left a lasting impact on the University.
